Without Inbox Organizer, you have to cut and past each piece of information manually. But with Inbox Organizer, you can automate these tasks saving you time and money!

Inbox Organizer costs a fraction of the server-side alternatives, requires no custom programming or consulting, and leaves you in complete control!

What's on the Screen

When you run Inbox Organizer, you start with the screen above. Inbox Organizer is a Windows MDI application which allows you to have multiple open windows containing information such as undeliverable addresses, web forms, attachment listings, etc. You can manage the data in these windows independently. When performing actions such as Save As or performing list management tasks, the active window is used for these operations. Note that the "Save", "Print", and "Manage" tool bar buttons are disabled. These become active when an operations such as Address Capturing is performed and the resulting data window is opened.

To capture E-mail addresses, press the "Address" button on the tool bar, or select "E-mail Addresses from the Actions menu. To capture Web-based forms, press the "Forms" button on the tool bar, or select "Web Forms" from the Actions menu. To View/Print/Save e-mail attachments, press the "Attach" button on the tool bar, or select "Attachments" from the Actions menu.
